Our products are made from wood and wood-based materials. Natural variations in wood grain, texture, knots, and colour are inherent characteristics of these materials and are not considered defects. Handmade and made-to-order products may also have minor variations from product photographs.

We do not warrant that the appearance of a product will be identical to photographs or digital representations displayed in our online store.

All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities or availability by person, geographic region, or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. SAVARONA WOOD ART LTD. reserves the right to accept or decline an order, subject to applicable law. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted or production has begun. If we do not accept an order, or if we need to change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, and/or phone number provided with the order.

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products may enter production shortly after an order is accepted and therefore may not be eligible for cancellation or return, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

You represent that purchases are being made for lawful purposes. Any resale, commercial distribution, or export must comply with applicable laws and must not infringe our intellectual property or other rights.
